An independent insurance agency in Kirkland, since 2000.
Absolute Insurance Solutions has served the Eastside and Greater Seattle from Kirkland since 2000. Led by Boris Lamberg and Serge Bagdasarov, our team writes personal and commercial insurance through more than ten carriers. Several of our agents work in Russian.
Our story
Boris Lamberg and Serge Bagdasarov opened the office in Kirkland in 2000. Clients call the agent who wrote their policy, and when there is a claim that agent stays on it with the carrier until it is settled.
We are an independent agency and hold appointments with Progressive, Safeco, Travelers, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, MetLife, Foremost, Bristol West, Dairyland and others. That lets us quote the same coverage with several companies and recommend the one that fits. The premium you pay is the carrier’s filed rate, and we do not add a fee on top.
Many of our clients are newcomers to the United States, and several of our agents came here as adults themselves. We work in English and Russian and go through the deductible, the liability limits and what a homeowners policy excludes before we talk about price.

Where we work
Our headquarters are at 733 7th Ave, Suite 204 in Kirkland, Washington. We are licensed in Washington, North Carolina and South Carolina, with a second office at 220 N Main Street, Suite 500 in Greenville, SC. Most of our day-to-day work happens by phone and email, so we can serve clients anywhere in Washington.
